Typically my delta and alpha are top with beta and theta geothermal but lower band and gamma lowest ban. Today I am in so much pain from my hip. This tool is so cool. Working on trying to bring beta up and it seems it only takes intent. I’m able to suppress delta and bring beta up. So cool wish I understood this better.

Ph also get the Opti brain which shows some cool data but also Opti train which uses the biofeed back to help you learn to focus.
