Great work! I'm getting there myself, it's really helpful to see all this and physically feel what a state is meant to feel like or be in and fully settle into it, compared to Muse's dynamic audio feedback.

Coming back to this, while delta appears to peak, everything does seem relatively balanced. Does anyone have any thoughts? Another perspective would be helpful.
