hey i downloaded muse monitor on my ipad, i turn it on I see the thelta delta etc.. waves but is there a tutorial on how to record it?

To record you just press the red dot record button :-)
The "?" will take you to the help, or you can find the same help online at MuseMonitor.com if you click Technical Manual.
