Understanding Color Spectogram

Hi, first of all many thanks for creating such an amazing app and offering it for the benefit of all.

I'm trying to understand what's the best way to interpret and explain the colors on the spectogram. I assume red means more activity or less relaxed state; and blue means less activity or more relaxed state but am not too sure. When I did Reiki it turned more blue (attached screenshot). Just wondering if there's a key to the colors for a layman to understand. Many thanks

You are correct, Red is high and Blue is low.
