Should I get muse s or muse 2 for mind monitor?

Hi I have yet to purchase a monitor but know I will use mind monitor instead of the muse app.

However, I keep reading conflicting information on which one works better for mind monitor.

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

I have a iPhone XR and a pc windows 10 and iPad if that helps

The Muse 2 and the Muse S have the exact same sensor data available.
The only difference is the form factor of the headband, and obviously the price.
