Hello,
Sometimes the Alpha, Beta, etc. waves are zeroed and no matter how much I replace Muse 2, turn it on and off, open and close the APP they don't show again. However if we go to the graph of the sensors they are capturing the data.
Is there any update that I must do in the APP, although it always leaves it updated on my Iphone?
I also keep Muse 2 contacts clean.
Thank you waiting for a reply

Hello,
Here it is the screenshot.
Even if I take off and put again the Muse 2, restart Muse 2, restart app, somtimes the Alpha, Gamma, and other 10Hz waves, this waves stil zero.

I don't see any image attached.
Please confirm that the headband has a good fit on your head.
An empty black ring on the Horseshoe Indicator means the headband is not being detected as being on your head.
This happens when the center front three sensors are not in good contact with the head. If you are getting data on the RAW EEG channels then the very center sensor pad is making contact, but the two on either side of it are not.

Yes the headband has a good fit on my head.
I didn´t do any movement with my head.
all sensor were connected and out of blue stop to process data.
I´m steel freezing to test it.
It happens several times.... start ok and after few minutes stop to process. It look likes RAW data still ok in my opinion.
Best regards.

In the screenshots above you can see that the "headband on" black dot at the top is an empty circle. This means the grounding connections are not good. You need to get a good fit on these center three sensors for the brainwaves to start generating.
