Ideas why data looks off?

Post by melbez »

My data suddenly looks very unusual. I'm curious if anyone can tell what's going on.

When I use MindMonitor with my Android, the spectrogram is all red and the graph showing the different wave types is mostly flat for all waves. The files were too big too attach on this forum, so I've included them here (please let me know if there's a better way to share them): https://docs.google.com/document/d/1e_x ... sWUBw/edit

Is this an issue with the band? With the main pod? I was using my Muse S in 90 degree heat and am worried I fried it.

Use a two finger touch on the spectrogram to set the min and max range for the colours.

Thank you. Do you have any idea why this would suddenly change on both the iPhone and Android? Was there an app update or something?

There's been no changes to the spectrogram for many years. The FFT range will change depending on how you're wearing the band and how much noise there is in the signal.
