I am streaming the OSC Data to a Notebook (Android to Windows) and from time to time the mind monitor stops streaming and does the rotating "connecting to muse" again and after a few seconds everything works again.
I do not see anything it is related to.
Is the muse defective or is this normal.
It happens approx once or twice in a 16 minute session.

I would try using a different phone. That is not normal.
I know that Huawei devices have defective Bluetooth chips and are listed by Interaxon as not supported. If your device is another cheap chinese brand, it's possible it might have a similar issue.
