Minimum & Maximum Magnitude

New Guy here,
What are recommended Minimum & Maximum Magnitudes for the spectrogram? Or if they are different for everyone, please explain these a little more so that I can figure out what values are good for me. Thanks!

You can set the min/max manually by holding down two fingers on the screen, so don't worry about the specific numbers in the settings.
It will vary from person to person, so there's no right or wrong answer.
