Widget not showing in Android 4.0.x

It looks like there is a bug in Android v4.0.x, where any newly installed widget will not show in the widget list.

This bug has been fixed in Android v4.1.

To work around this issue, please reboot your device, then the widget will show correctly.
If a soft reset does not work, you can do a full hard reset by removing and replacing the battery.

To add to this, I've now become aware that some users with custom ROMs are unable to see the widget, due to the ROM installing the App to SD by default.

Widgets *must* be installed to the device memory to work properly.
