Is there any way to get a 5 minute snapshot of activity at a specific time period?

Perhaps I'm misunderstanding your question? This is exactly what the record button is for.

Thanks. 8 didn't realize that was a record button. Is there a way to see it in the same format as what I'm looking at? Or is there a tutorial somewhere?
