Reducing Trend in Average Brain Activity with Meditation

I've been using the Muse2 since Feb. Since then I've meditated for about 40+ days. On an average one 30 mins session per day.

Below is a trend of the average value in dB of all the brain waves measured every time I meditate. I just used the average value of each brain wave from the online graph. And then took an average of all 5 waves. As you can see there is a clear reducing trend. Can anyone help interpret this ? Does it mean the amplitude of the brain-wave activity is reducing with daily meditation? Is this an expected result ?

Or do I need to wipe clean the sensor :D

Thanks

I don't think the average of all waves has any particular meaning. For meditation, I would recommend looking at Alpha Relative over time.

These are the alpha, theta and gamma logs in terms of relative and absolute numbers... X axis is the # of days. Not necessarily consecutive. Spread over from Feb till date.
