Repeating Values

Hi,
Can anyone help us understand what can be the cause of these repeating values (like in the image below)? I have highlighted some to give you a better idea. It doesn't show as bad data, but exactly the same values keep repeating. We keep getting a lot of these repeating same data. (We are using Muse 2 with Mind Monitor on an iPad).
