Is it possible to stream mind-monitor to an external URL? I want to create a server side application that accepts streaming data directly from the app and responds with biofeedback signals (like tones).

And, if this is possible, do you forsee any issues, like lag? I'd be ok with anything that doesn't lag more than 2 seconds.

Yes, but it's unlikely to work as a lot of things block UDP traffic. Worth a try though
Lag will be dependant on your internet connectivity. It can be very fast, or very slow. I think 2 seconds should be doable.
