Strange Spikes

I'm helping my grade 6 son with is science fair project where he is analyzing the brainwaves of his friends during 5 minutes of conversation, 5 minutes of meditation, and 5 minutes of video game play. Because they're kids we get a few BF/GF, but over all we can see a really good shift in brainwave patterns as the kids go from one activity to another. However, with one particular kid we saw the following data. He's a twitchy/quirky kid. Are those sudden dips in brain activity just due to the fit of the Muse? Or is there something else going on here?

It's bad data from muscle movement EMG interference.
I would recommend using an elastic headband to hold it on tight if you're going to use a Muse with kids.

Thanks for the quick reply. That’s what I thought it was. We were using a headband already, so we will probably not include that data.
